Owen lives in Anne Arundel County and got into foundation repair after helping friends sort through wet basements and conflicting repair advice. He believes homeowners deserve a clear explanation of the problem and an honest talk about their options before deciding anything.
Rachel Donnelly
Scheduling and Estimates Coordinator
Rachel grew up near Severna Park and keeps the office side running. She gathers the details about each crack, leak or sagging floor, lines up inspections and makes sure every homeowner knows what happens next.
Luis Navarro
Foundation Repair Field Lead
Luis leads repairs on site and takes a particular interest in older brick and block foundations and how drainage affects them. On weekends he is usually out on a boat somewhere on the Severn River.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and gathering basic information about the house, the foundation type, the symptoms and when they began. Next we arrange an inspection, then explain our findings, the proposed repair, materials, expected cost and any limitations that may affect the result. When a structural engineer's input would help, we say so. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, the work uncovers additional damage or the scope needs to change, we talk to you before any additional work is approved.
